Main Contract Obligations

• to update the products on line, in order to allow bookings for at least the six following months.

• to Select the product on a good level of the quality / price balance

• Each loaded product will have to have an allotment, with relative release, to allow the confirmation in real time. Without allotment, therefore without confirmation on line, the technology, the philosophy of the portal and its marketing will be jeopardized or  ruined.

• to Guarantee the services confirmed by the system (over booking, operational delays etc)

• to constantly Ask to the suppliers for Special Offers, Staff discounts, Educational to be inserted in the special section of the Website

• to Be qualitatively  competitive, and guarantee a high level assistance to the Clients. 

• to Guarantee the general conditions on the Portal

• to keep updated their exclusive web space of News of the area and the technical agency file

• Open a bank account in each country with good turnover to collect directly Agency payments or to submit this function to the local GSA. Operation necessary to reduce banking costs of the international transactions  

• Advise local GSA of  insolvent Agencies .
